As we continue to monitor the rapidly evolving situation around the coronavirus (COVID-19), our first thought is for the safety and well-being of all individuals impacted by these difficult circumstances. In these unprecedented times, it is important that we come together to support all those impacted.
In accordance with the new shelter in place order (state and county), the physical office location we be closed until we are given permission by the government to reopen.
Fortunately, we are a tech based property management company and we have now transitioned our RNB team to work remotely. Our services are all available online or over the phone. We ask that if you need to drop something off, you use the drop box to the left of our door. If you call the office, it will send you to voicemail, where you can leave a message and one of the remote team members will get back to you. During this time we highly encourage the use of online payments and digitally signed documents.
We hope that this crisis will pass quickly and we appreciate your patience in this time as we transition to a completely remote office. Wait times for calls and emails may be a bit longer than normal, but we will do our absolute best to continue to provide our service to it's fullest.
