Effective Date: November 8, 2026
RNB Property Management (“RNB”, “we” or “us”) respects the copyrights of others. Some of what appears on rnbrentals.com comes from other people, such as photos and descriptions of homes supplied by property owners, and reviews. This policy explains how to tell us about material on the website that you believe infringes your copyright, how the person who supplied it can respond, and how we deal with repeat infringers, under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 (the “DMCA”). It is part of our Terms of Use.
1. Designated Copyright Agent
Send copyright notices and counter-notices to our designated agent:
RNB Property Management, Attn: DMCA Agent5754 Lonetree Blvd, Rocklin, CA 95765
Phone: (916) 435-2424
Email: support@sysdep.ai (subject line “DMCA Notice”)
Please send only copyright notices to this agent. For anything else, contact the RNB office you work with.
2. Sending a Takedown Notice
If you believe material on rnbrentals.com infringes a copyright you own or control, send our agent a written notice that includes all of the following (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or of a person authorized to act for them.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed, or a representative list if the notice covers several works.
- Identification of the material you believe is infringing and that you want removed, with enough detail for us to find it, such as the web address (URL) of the listing or page and which photo.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
A notice that does not include these elements may not be effective. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
3. What We Do With a Notice
When we receive a notice that substantially meets Section 2, we will promptly remove or disable access to the material. Where we can, we will tell the person who supplied it and send them a copy of the notice, so that they can respond.
4. Counter-Notice
If material you supplied was removed or disabled and you believe this was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send our agent a written counter-notice that includes all of the following (17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before it was removed.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which RNB may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.
When we receive a valid counter-notice, we will send a copy to the person who sent the original notice. If they do not tell us, within 10 business days, that they have filed a court action to stop the use of the material, we will restore the material or access to it within 10 to 14 business days after we received the counter-notice, unless the law requires otherwise.
5. Repeat Infringers
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), we have adopted, and apply, a policy of ending, in appropriate circumstances, the website accounts and access of people who repeatedly infringe copyrights, and of no longer publishing material from owners or others who repeatedly supply infringing material.
6. Other Concerns
This policy covers copyright only. For any other concern about content on the website, contact the RNB office you work with.
