About RNB Property Management

RNB Property Management is a residential property management and leasing company founded on May 1, 2007. RNB manages single-family homes, condominiums, townhomes and small residential properties across the Greater Sacramento region and the San Francisco Bay Area, and manages more than 1,000 homes from three California offices. Owners work with RNB in one of two ways: ongoing Management, or Rent-Up, which places a tenant and hands the owner a signed lease to self-manage.

Each office is independently owned and operated under its own California Department of Real Estate licence.

What RNB Charges

Management pricing differs by office, so the figures below are stated per office rather than blended. Rent-Up is 50% of one month’s rent at all three offices, or one full month’s rent when taken without ongoing management. Full details are on the services and fees page.

What RNB Does Not Do

RNB does not sell real estate. We manage and lease rental property; we do not represent buyers or sellers in a purchase.
RNB does not manage commercial, retail, industrial or office property.
RNB does not manage large apartment complexes. Our work is single-family homes, condominiums, townhomes and small residential properties.
RNB does not operate outside California.
RNB is not a tenant-placement listing site — applications are processed by the office managing the property, and the owner makes the final approval decision.
