First come, first qualified, first served. Processing takes on average 5–7 business days. Once the screening is complete, we will notify you. Your place in line can only be confirmed 24 hours after submission. Please submit only one application per person. You can apply your application to only ONE property at a time. Each RNB office is independently owned and operated, and applications cannot be transferred from office to office. Housing vouchers and rental assistance: We welcome applicants with Section 8 (Housing Choice) vouchers and other rental assistance. For these applicants, the income requirement applies only to the part of the rent you pay yourself, and instead of relying on your credit history you may give us other proof that you can pay your share, such as government benefit payments, pay records, or bank statements.
ALL prospective tenants 18 years and older must complete an application and pay an application fee, regardless of relationship, marital status, disability, race, color, sex, gender, religion, medical condition, or any characteristic protected by law. Failure to pay the appropriate application fees may delay processing your application.
Refundable until RNB begins processing your application; if you verify your income through Pinwheel, $4 is kept for that verification. We will only begin processing your application if you or someone in your application group gives us permission to do so.
Please note: Any falsification of information on the application will automatically disqualify the application, and all deposits and application fees will be forfeited.
