Any falsification of information on the application will automatically disqualify the application and all deposits and application fees will be forfeited.
Application Process: First come, first qualified, first served. Processing takes on average 5-7 business days. Once the screening is complete, we will notify you. Your place in line can only be confirmed 24 hours after submission. Please submit only one application per person. You can apply your application to only ONE property at a time. Each RNB office is independently owned and operated, and applications cannot be transferred from office to office. Section 8: If an applicant applies for a home with more bedrooms than their voucher permits, the property owner has the right to deny the application based on this discrepancy.
Fees: ALL prospective tenants 18 years and older must complete an application and pay a $50 application fee, regardless of relationship, marital status, disability, race, color, sex, gender, religion, or medical condition. Failure to pay the appropriate application fees may delay processing your application.
Refunds: Application fees are 100% refundable unless we start processing your application. Once we begin processing your application your application fee is no longer refundable. We will only begin processing your application if you or someone in your application group gives us permission to do so.
