348 Eden Roc has a beautiful pool for the residents to enjoy. Home comes with an assigned covered parking spot, as well as guest parking spaces and street parking. The condo is on the 3rd floor, accessible by either stairway or elevator. Each floor of the condo building has a shared laundry room and a very convenient garbage chute. There is a small storage space that is dedicated to the condo.
The Sausalito Eden Roc condos are in a very convenient location with easy highway access while also being in the heart Sausalito, which is a haven for hiking, cycling, and other outdoor activities. The property is in close proximity to the Marin Gateway Shopping Center, Downtown Sausalito, and the many restaurants, cafes, and amenities of the Bridgeway Corridor.
Garbage, water and sewer will be included with the rental. Future resident will be responsible for power, internet, and cable. The owners are willing to consider one pet cat at the home, depending on the strength of the application.
Future tenant(s) will be required to adhere to all rules in the House Rules at Sausalito Eden Roc, including but not limited to mandatory quiet hours between 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.
