Cozy studio available in the SOMA neighborhood. This top floor/corner unit studio has recently been remodeled, and is in a very central SF location. Built in 1991, each floor has a quarter-operated laundry machine and dryer. There is a shared rooftop deck for all residents of building. Condo is located above Tony Baloney's, a trendy deli and café. The unit is in a very convenient location, with close proximity to BART and MUNI hubs, is very close to Twitter, Uber, Air BNB, and various other major tech companies, and the many trendy restaurants of the SOMA area. It is small and cozy, at 341 square feet, but has a great open floor plan and lots of natural light. Comes with a basement storage unit. Studio has a full size Murphy bed for added convenience. The kitchenette has a small electric 4-burner stove/oven, a microwave, and a small refrigerator. Please be aware that the unit is on the 4th (top) floor of the building and has no elevator.
