This home is located within just blocks of trails and river access. The master bathroom has been upgraded with marble countertops and a custom soapstone shower. Owner will cover the first $60 of the water bill each month, and will include a paid ADT system for the tenant's use. This home belongs to the Wilhaggin Del Dayo Neighborhood association. This includes a Vacation Watch, where they will send a sheriff once per day to drive by the house while away. Regular exterior pest service is also included quarterly. Owner is willing to work with a maximum of 2 pets under 50 pounds on a case by case basis, depending on the strength of your application. The owner's insurance will not work with Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, wolf hybrid or any dog that is a mix that includes one or more of the breeds listed above. The insurance also does not allow trampolines.
