This home is located directly across the street from UC Davis Med Center. It includes access to shared no cost
laundry. Tenant pays all utilities. Owner is willing to consider pets under 35 pounds on a
case by case basis depending on the strength of your application. Photos are of a different unit.
A flat rate fee of $200 will be due on the 1st of each month for the following items - water, sewer, garbage,
landscape & pest control.

Deposit:

Your place in line can only be confirmed 24 hours after submission. Please submit only one application per person. You can apply your application to only ONE property at a time. Each RNB office is independently owned and operated, and applications cannot be transferred from office to office. Section 8: If an applicant applies for a home with more bedrooms than their voucher permits, the property owner has the right to deny the application based on this discrepancy.
