How many adults (18+ years old) will be living in the property?
adults X $50 per application = application fees
Fees: ALL prospective tenants 18 years and older must complete an application and pay an application fee regardless of relationship, marital status, disability, race, color, sex, gender, religion, or medical condition. Failure to pay the appropriate application fees may delay processing your application.
Refunds: Applications fees are refundable (minus PayPal's transaction fees) unless we start processing your application. Once we begin processing your application your application fee is NO longer refundable. We will only begin processing your application if you or someone in your application group gives us permission to do so.
