There is no setup fee and no lease-renewal fee. Owner proceeds are disbursed monthly by the 10th. Rent-Up includes: yard sign, professional listing photos, the listing on RNBrentals.com plus syndication to the major rental sites, unlimited private showings, tenant screening (credit, income, rental history, eviction search), lease negotiation and signing, a digital move-in inspection, and maintenance coordination up to $500. Management includes everything in Rent-Up plus: rent collection and owner disbursement, legal notices and compliance, one interior condition inspection per year, maintenance coordination through vetted licensed vendors, 24/7 emergency response, monthly owner statements and a year-end 1099, and move-out inspection with security-deposit accounting. ## What RNB does not do - RNB does **not** sell real estate. It does not represent buyers or sellers, and does not list homes for sale. - RNB does **not** manage commercial, retail, industrial or office property. - RNB does **not** manage large apartment complexes.
